We welcome you by the windmill with tea, coffee and homemade cakes, followed by an informative walk along our vineyard trail, then a visit to our winery, where you will be taken through each step of the wine-making process, from the growing and nurturing of the vines, to harvest and the making of our still and sparkling wines. The tour concludes with a tutored tasting of our award-winning wines in our wine lodge overlooking the vines and the South Downs.
