with Covid-19 safety policies in place.
Vineyard Trail
Open now – Tuesday to Saturday – Free of charge
Follow our self-guided trail around the vines to discover the different grapes we grow at Nutbourne Vineyards and our wonderful views of the South Downs. Look out for our new cave nestled in the hillside – you might also spot a llama along the way. Our Windmill and Wine Lodge are also open, besides our Cellar Door, where you can purchase our wines by the glass to sample or buy bottles to take home.
Scheduled Tours
Book Now – Saturdays and Thursday Evenings – £20 per person
During the summer months we host guided tours and tastings – just book your time. Tours begin with tea, coffee and home-made cakes. You will then be taken on an informative walk along the vineyard trail, followed by a visit to our winery, with each step of the wine making process explained. The tour concludes with a tutored tasting of our award-winning Sparkling and Still wines in the Wine Lodge nestled among the vines.

Picnic in the Vines
Book Now – From 24th April – £25 for 2 people
We now offer Picnic Boxes packed with delicious dishes and seasonal Sussex produce from our family farm and kitchens. Explore the vineyard and feast amongst the vines at one of our idyllic picnic spots throughout the estate.

Private Tours and Events
Please enquire – From May onwards
Group Tours begin with tea, coffee and home-made cakes. You will have a dedicated tour guide showing you around, including a walk around the lakes to meet our alpacas and a visit into the winery. The tours include a tutored tasting of our award-winning Sparkling and Still wines, either in the Wine Lodge or in the winery itself.
Picnics and more elaborate catering can be arranged for private groups and events.

Fine Dining in the Vines – Book now for the May Bank Holiday Weekend
A gastronomic experience with the Gladwin Brothers in the beautiful setting of our vineyard. We’re celebrating our 30th anniversary at Nutbourne this Summer with a series of fine dining events in our wine lodge amongst the vines. As there is limited availability we suggest you book now to avoid disappointment.
Friday 28th May Tour 6pm, Dinner 7:30pm
Saturday 29th May Tour 6pm, Dinner 7:30pm
Monday 31st May Tour 12pm, Lunch 2pm

Opening Hours
Our Cellar Door and Vineyard Trail are currently open on Wednesdays and Fridays. From 12th April we will be offering outside walks, tours, picnics and tastings at the Vineyard that can be booked online. Please call us on 01798 815196 or email us on info@nutbournevineyards.com for any enquiries.
