Sussex – New Restaurant opening by the Gladwin Brothers
Our newest restaurant has now opened – Sussex on Frith Street in Soho. This is the 4th restaurant opened by the Gladwin Brothers, focusing on seasonal ingredients, foraged from the Sussex countryside, as well as their family farm and Vineyard.
The other 3 restaurants, The Shed (Notting Hill), Rabbit (King’s Road) and Nutbourne (Battersea) are renowned for their fun, informal dining with seasonal small plates, that can be shared. Sussex is the next step in our culinary development, offering a combination of innovative but traditional dishes of starters, mains and desserts.
They’re currently serving a special of Mallard wellington with quince, grilled Gurnard with Crab ravioli, and a chocolate and Disaronno mouse. Of course, we are also offering the full range of Nutbourne wines.
