Chef Emma Spofforth has been helping us at the vineyard all summer, cooking for our picnics, private events and the spectacular Pop Up in the Vines gourmet evenings. She has now moved to Sussex and is set up to do smaller scale special events in South London, Surrey or Sussex.
Emma has cooked with the Gladwin family for over 30 years, including banquets and events for royalty, heads of state and many, many more wonderful feasts. She was executive chef at Party Ingredients Catering Services and a mentor and trainer for Oliver long before he became Chef Patron of the Gladwin Brothers Restaurant Group.
